As a digital designer, I’m focused on product design, art direction and design leadership, with experience leading design reviews and building the processes that support design teams.

    VTB Bank

    Lead Product Designer

    Apr 2024 — Present

    Responsible for design reviews at a key stage of the retail bank’s release process, covering work produced by approximately 150–170 designers before it moves to production.

    Relate Studio

    Art Director

    Aug 2023 — Nov 2025

    Led a 20-person design team working primarily on Web3 and fintech products, including decentralized finance, token-based services, and emerging digital infrastructure. Conducted regular design reviews, supported teams in responding to client feedback, presented concepts for key engagements, and established the studio’s project infrastructure and delivery process.

    Worked alongside senior designers on enterprise platforms and technically complex internal products, contributing to discovery and ideation sessions, developing data-intensive interface concepts, and preparing design directions for internal and client reviews.
